Coffee and desserts will be served

We are excited to announce the return of Collaborating for MIT’s Future, a poster session featuring administrative excellence across the Institute! Since launching in 2014, this event has showcased hundreds of projects and programs, highlighting the many ways in which the administrative community supports the Institute's mission. We invite you to join us — connect with colleagues, learn more about their work, and share your own. We encourage presenters to team up with colleagues to allow time to visit other posters!

This event is co-sponsored by EVPT Connect and the Administrative Advisory Council II (AACII).

Planning to attend? Register by noon on Tuesday, October 24. After this time, on-site registration will be available on a space-permitting basis.

Information for presenters (poster registration has closed):

  • Review the guidelines on the Submit a Poster page.
  • For additional guidance, view the technical webinar that ePosterBoards hosted for presenters on September 14. Topics include: a review of e-poster templates, design and presentation tips, formatting and submission guidelines, and presentation device options.
  • Complete the Presenter Adaptor Form.
  • If you did not upload your presentation by the October 20 deadline, you can bring your presentation to the event on a thumb drive, and ePosterBoards staff will upload it to a tablet during presenter check-in between 12:45 and 1:45 pm.
